On one of the sports forums I go to I came across this gem that I had to share with everyone:
"As a college football fan I hate the BCS system.
As a Spartan fan, I have no idea what all the fuss is about BCS bowl games."
Damn thats honest, so what do you think? (I ask these questions to try to initiate comments, don't make me pull an eric and put a poll up)

Did that sound dirty to anyone else? Just me? ok...moving on...
I hate the BCS system to the extent that given how little teams actually play in non-conference games, its nearly impossible to rank teams in different conferences relative to each other. For the last couple of years, Ohio State has played for the championship simply because the Big Ten hasn't included anyone good enough to beat them. Had Ohio state played in the SEC, it would have been a whole different set of bowl games.
I would love to see college move to a system where the top 3 or 4 big conferences put up one team each and fight it out in a tournament.
MSU is not good enough to be a BSC team yet. One or two more years of good recruiting and then maybe. My 7-5 prediction for this year still stands.
